"F apartments" were founded in 2014 with the aim of providing high-quality accommodation in Kragujevac. Until now, we have made a constant growth and progress, following  by world trends in the hotel industry as well as the requirements and needs of our guests. What characterize us is the offer of comfortable rooms and apartments with a hotel services such as reception, regular cleaning, laundry service, awakening, etc.

Deluxe apartment with a hydromassage bath

Luxurious apartment of 80m2 consists of large living room, connected with dining room and kitchen, separated bedroom with double bed and single bed in living room, bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and a shower. In the living room there is a leather sofa, a TV 50 "and an electric fireplace and a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with the finest appliances such as a double wing fridge, flat cooking hob, aspirator, oven, micro oven and dishwasher. Apartment capacity is up to 4 persons.

Double - triple room

The rooms are designed for two or three people, usually for a short stay. The area is 20 m2 and contains a double bed (some with an additional single bed), LCD TV with cable channels, air conditioning, built-in closet, bathroom with shower, desk, armchairs, refrigerator, etc.

Studio

We offer 6 three-bed studios, 30-35m2. Depending on the needs of the guests, they are adapted for both short and long stays. Each studio is equipped with a double bed and one additional single bed, a kitchenete with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower. Some of the studios have a terrace, and in one studio it is possible to make three separate single beds.

Two bedroom apartment with sauna

Comfortable, famiely, modern apartment with the capacity up to 6 persons, ​​80m2. It contains a living room with leather corner sofa, 3 LCD TVs, dining room with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms with three double beds, closets, bathroom with a shower, sauna, washing machine, air conditioning.

Studio superior

Modern studio, 43m2 provides complete comfort without walls. Capacity up to 4 persons. Studio contains a double bed, living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a shower, closets, air conditioning.

Fluid Rooms - accommodation for workers

In a separate building, we offer three-, four- and five-bed rooms with private bathroom and kitchen, with a total capacity of 20 beds, intended for the accommodation of your employees.

The building has been completely renovated with new bathrooms, completely new furniture and equipment. Covered parking is provided within the building, for a large number of vehicles, as well as for larger trucks and machines.

Kragujevac - a city with a rich history, today a modern economic center

Kragujevac is a place of creation of the modern Serbian state and its first capital where Sretenje Constitution was adopted and the first printed newspapers. In this central and largest city of Šumadija, the first Serbian theater, court, foundry, Gymnasium and Lyceum, forerunner of today's Belgrade University were also established.
Kragujevac is an important economic, cultural, educational and health center of Šumadija. With 179,417 inhabitants, Kragujevac is the fourth largest city in Serbia. There are also arm and truck factories as well as a large car factory in Kragujevac. Today, the city of Kragujevac is among the four largest industrial centers in Serbia.
People usually say that nowadays Kragujevac is the city of greenery, with over 200 kilometers of the avenue. The only city in Serbia with two lakes in its heart - Bubanj and Šumarice. And on the banks of Lepenica, which divides the city in two parts, seven bridges were built. One of them, the Stone or the Old Bridge, as people call it here, is the first one built in Serbia.
